Respond to helpdesk requests such as:

Desktop deploys and rebuilds

Basic software support (Office, installations, Outlook, etc.)

New user setup

Printer support

Keep helpdesk system up to date.

Review system logs (Windows, backup, virus logs, etc.)

Software patch deployment using IT software (Desktop Central)

Support and setup box office for the Champlain Valley Fair during 10 days starting August 26.

Assist with basic network troubleshooting and maintenance.

Other duties as assigned.
